DAMASCO® Corporation has been fostering economic growth through infrastructure and employment generated by large projects nationwide, promoting social development, investment, and innovation that contribute to the integral advancement of the region and the well-being of its inhabitants.

It is a building of approximately 65.70 meters in height, located on the main avenue of the Las Mercedes development.
The building is divided into large areas with exclusive uses, including a high-end commercial store for home appliances, elevated parking lots and offices that will have innovative access control and security systems through computerized devices.

The warehousing area, which covers some 6,500 square meters, plays a key role in the corporation’s supply and distribution chain. Its main function is to maintain inventories in a secure and organized manner, using an innovative and advanced system that accurately records products, their quantity, location and condition. This facilitates inventory management at the national level.

It is a building located in Sabana Grande Urbanization, Casanova Avenue, El Recreo, with a total construction area of 6,166 square meters. This building is divided into several commercial areas for the sale of household appliances, furniture and related products. In addition, it has a merchandise warehouse organized by categories, as well as solar panel systems designed to help in the generation of energy.
